  • The service policy outlined below applies to parenting+ consultations:

    • Confirmation emails detailing the date and time of an appointment will be sent the day an appointment is booked. Gentle reminder emails will be sent the day before the scheduled appointment.

    • There is a 5-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. At this time, you will be contacted by phone. If an appointment begins more than 10 minutes late, there is no guarantee that the missed time will be made up. If you have not logged in 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the appointment will be canceled.

    • Cancellation: If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide any notice, the appointment fee is non-refundable.

    We value all of our client’s business and time. The service policy is in place to ensure that all clients receive quality service.

  • Praise does not offer refunds on services or products. Please reach out to me via email if you have any questions or concerns.
